Company Information
Enter your company's legal details. This information is crucial as it will be displayed on invoices issued to your members.
Legal Company Name: Your official company name.
Tax/VAT ID: Your company's registered tax identification number (optional).
Address Line 1: The primary street address.
Address Line 2: Additional address details (e.g., suite, floor) (optional).
City: The city where your company is located.
Postal Code: The postal or ZIP code.
Country: The country where your company is registered.
Click "Save Company Info" to update your details.
Tax Rates
Manage tax rates that can be applied to invoices and automatically added to purchases.
Existing Rates
Lists all the tax rates you have configured for your space.
Displays the Name, Rate (%), and optional Description for each.
A "Default" badge indicates the rate currently applied automatically to applicable charges.
Managing Default Tax Rate
โ ๏ธ Important: The default tax rate is automatically added during checkout for member memberships and resource purchases. It does not apply to manually created invoices where you select taxes per line item.
Make Default: Click this button next to a rate to designate it as the default tax ra
Only one rate can be the default at a time. Setting a new default will remove the default status from any previously selected rate.
Unset Default: If a rate is currently the default, click this button to remove its default status.
If no default rate is set, taxes will not be automatically applied to memberships or resource purchases.
Deleting a Tax Rate
Click the trash icon next to a rate to remove it.
Note: You cannot delete a tax rate if it is currently set as the Default and other tax rates exist. You must first set another rate as the default or unset the current default before deleting it. If it's the only tax rate, you can delete it even if it's marked as default.
Add New Rate
Name: A unique name for the tax rate (e.g., "VAT", "GST").
Rate (%): The tax percentage (e.g., enter
20
for 20%). The rate must be between 0 and 100.Description (Optional): A brief note about the tax rate (e.g., "Standard Value Added Tax").
Click "Add Rate" to create the new tax rate. It will then appear in the "Existing Rates" list.
