Viewing the Revenue Report

The Revenue Report provides valuable insights into your space's financial health, showing trends and breakdowns of income over selected periods.

Accessing the Report

Navigate to the Reports section in the dashboard and select Revenue.

Selecting the Time Range

By default, the report shows data for the Last 7 Days. You can change the time period using the controls at the top right:

  • Predefined Ranges: Use the dropdown menu to quickly select common ranges like "Today", "Last 7 Days", "Last 30 Days", "This Month", or "Last Month".

  • Custom Date Range: Click the calendar button to open a date range picker. Select a start and end date to view revenue for a specific custom period. Selecting a custom range automatically switches the dropdown to "Custom Range".

Understanding the Summary Cards

At the top of the report, several key metrics provide a quick overview for the selected period:

  • Net Revenue: The total revenue generated from completed payments (minus any partial refunds) within the selected dates.

  • Revenue Change: Shows the percentage increase or decrease in net revenue compared to the immediately preceding period of the same length (e.g., if viewing "Last 7 Days", it compares to the 7 days before that). An up arrow indicates growth, while a down arrow indicates a decline.

  • Average Daily Revenue: The average net revenue earned per day during the selected period.

  • Total Transactions: The total number of completed payments recorded in the period.

  • Avg Transaction Value: The average monetary value of each transaction.
