Setting Up Your Preferences
For Space Managers
Consider enabling notifications for:
Payment-related events (especially failures)
New customer registrations
Membership transactions
Credit purchase activities
You may want to disable notifications for:
High-frequency events if your space is very active
Routine operational events that don't require immediate attention
For Staff Members
Staff Access:
Staff members can only manage their own notification preferences
They cannot access billing-related notifications
Focus on operational events relevant to your daily tasks
Managing Your Preferences
Best Practices
Explore All Categories: Expand each category to see all available notification types
Start Conservative: Begin with fewer notifications and add more as needed
Test and Adjust: Monitor your preferences for a few days and refine them
Focus on Impact: Enable notifications for events that require your attention
Finding the Right Balance
Avoid Overload: Too many notifications can become overwhelming
Prioritize Critical Events: Always enable notifications for payment issues and system problems
Consider Your Role: Choose notifications that match your responsibilities
