Understand what your members see when they visit your public portal page, including the membership plans, FAQs, and contact information.

Member Portal Landing Page Overview

Viewing Your Portal

You can preview your public portal page at any time. Navigate to Members Portal -> Homepage in your dashboard settings. You'll find your unique Members Portal URL. Use the "Copy" button to share it or the preview button (external link icon) to open it in a new tab.

What Members See

Header

  • Your space's Logo and Name are displayed, reinforcing your brand identity.

  • A Log in button is prominently featured for existing members to access their accounts.

Login Process

  • Clicking the Log in button opens a modal window.

  • The modal prompts the user to enter the email address associated with their membership.

  • After entering their email and clicking Continue, the system checks if an account exists with that email for your specific space.

  • If found: The member is immediately redirected to their personal portal dashboard (usually the "Active" membership view).

  • If not found: An error message appears within the modal, indicating that no account was found and suggesting they check the email or sign up.

Hero Section

  • This is the main introduction to your space portal.

  • The Hero Title you set appears as the primary headline.

  • The Hero Subtitle provides additional context or a welcome message directly below the title.

Offerings Tabs (Memberships, Rooms, Products)

Below the hero section, available offerings are organized into tabs:

  1. Memberships Tab:

    • Displays available Membership Plans configured in your Space Settings -> Membership Plans, often in card format.

    • Each plan card shows key details like:

      • Plan Name

      • Price and currency

      • Duration (e.g., "/30 days", "/5 hours") or Entry quota (e.g., "/10 entries")

      • Key benefits included (if any).

    • A Sign Up & Purchase button initiates the signup/login and purchase process for that specific plan.

  2. Rooms Tab: (Visible if rooms are configured and available)

    • Showcases bookable Rooms from your Resources.

    • Each room card typically includes:

      • Room Name

      • An image (if uploaded)

      • Price per hour.

    • A Sign Up & Book button allows users to sign up/log in and proceed to book the room.

  3. Products Tab: (Visible if amenities/products are configured and available)

    • Lists purchasable Products or amenities from your Resources.

    • Each product card usually shows:

      • Product Name

      • An image (if uploaded)

      • Price.

    • A Sign Up & Purchase button lets users sign up/log in and buy the product.

Signup Process

  • Clicking any Sign Up & ... button (for Memberships, Rooms, or Products) will open the Customer Signup Modal if the visitor is not logged in.

  • Prospective members fill out their details (First Name, Last Name, Email, and any other required fields you've configured).

  • After successful signup, they are automatically logged in and redirected to their personal member portal. The system may direct them to a relevant section based on their initial selection (e.g., the memberships page if they clicked on a plan).

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • If you've added FAQs in the portal settings, they will be displayed in this section.

  • Questions are typically presented in an accordion format, where clicking a question reveals the answer. This keeps the page clean while providing helpful information.

Get in Touch / Social Links

  • If configured, this section provides ways for members and visitors to connect with you.

  • Your Contact Email is shown, usually as a clickable mailto link.

  • Icons linking to your specified Social Media profiles (Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) are displayed, allowing easy access to your community channels.

This landing page serves as the main public gateway for people to explore your space's offerings (Memberships, Rooms, Products), sign up or log in, and find important information or contact details.
