Member Detail Page Overview

The page is organized into several sections:

Membership Status Card

Located at the top left, this card provides a snapshot of the member's current active membership:

  • Plan Name: Displays the name of the active membership plan, or "No Active Membership" if none.

  • Status Badge: Shows whether the member is 'ACTIVE' or 'INACTIVE'.

  • Usage/Duration Progress:

  • For Entry Based plans: Shows entries used versus the total quota (e.g., "5 of 10 entries") and a progress bar indicating usage. It also indicates if an entry has been booked for the current day.

  • For Time Based plans: Shows days remaining in the current period (e.g., "15 days remaining") and a progress bar indicating time elapsed.

  • Validity Period: Displays the start and end dates of the active membership period.

Member Profile Card

This central card displays:

  • Member's Full Name.

  • A placeholder Profile Icon.

  • The member's unique Membership ID (first 8 characters).

Member Information Card

This section, typically on the right, contains detailed information:

  • Member Portal Link: Provides the direct URL to the member's portal view. Includes buttons to Copy the URL or Open it in a new tab.

  • Member Details: Displays contact information like Email (clickable mailto link) and Phone (if provided, clickable tel link), alongside the date the member Joined. Country and Industry are shown if enabled and provided.

  • Additional Information: Any Custom Fields configured in your portal settings that have been filled out by the member will be displayed here.

  • Internal Note: A dedicated text area for adding private notes about the member, visible only to administrators. Notes are saved automatically when you click "Save Note" after typing.

Member Portal Access

The Member Portal Access section provides tools to help members access their portal when they need assistance:

If a member is having trouble logging in or needs direct access to their portal, you can generate a secure magic link for them:

  1. Locate the Member Portal Access section on the member detail page

  2. Click Generate Magic Link - this creates a secure, temporary login link

  3. The system generates a unique link that:

    • Expires after 7 days for security

    • Automatically logs the member into their portal

    • Redirects them to their membership dashboard

  4. Copy the generated link and share it with the member securely

  • Login Issues: Member can't access their email or having trouble with normal login

  • Onboarding: New members who need immediate access to their portal

  • Technical Support: Helping members who are not tech-savvy

  • Emergency Access: Member needs urgent access to their booking or membership information

  • Magic links are single-use and expire after 7 days

  • Each link is unique and can only be used by the specific member

  • Links should be shared through secure channels (phone, SMS, in-person)

  • Never share magic links in public forums or unsecure communications

Management Quick Links

Below the main cards, find quick links to related management sections, pre-filtered for the current member:

  • Memberships: View the member's full membership history.

  • Payments: See all payments associated with this member.

  • Room Credits: Manage the member's room credits.

  • Products: View products purchased by or assigned to the member.

Editing Member Details

Click the Edit Member button (usually near the top right) to open the edit sheet.

Modifiable Fields

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email

  • Phone

  • Country (if enabled)

  • Industry (if enabled)

  • All configured Custom Fields

Saving Changes

Modify the necessary fields in the sheet. The "Save Changes" button becomes active only when changes have been made compared to the original information. Clicking it updates the member's profile.
