Viewing the Member List
Navigate to the Members tab and select All Members. This displays a table containing all members currently in your system.
Member Table Information
The table provides a comprehensive overview with sortable columns:
Name: Member's full name, linked to their detailed profile page.
Email: Member's primary email address.
Phone: Member's phone number, if provided.
Country: Member's country, if provided and enabled.
Industry: Member's industry, if provided and enabled.
Membership Status: Shows if the member has an 'Active' or 'Inactive' membership plan. Clicking this links to their filtered membership history.
Created At: Date and time the member profile was created.
Last Activity: The most recent date the member had an active status or interaction.
Custom Fields: Any additional custom fields configured for your member portal will appear as separate columns if made visible.
Searching and Filtering
Refine the member list using the tools above the table:
Search: Enter at least 3 characters to search by member name or email.
Filter by Period: Show members created or active within a specific timeframe (Today, This week, This month, All time).
Filter by Status: Display only members with 'Active', 'Inactive', or 'All' membership statuses.
Columns: Customize which columns are visible in the table, including standard fields and any custom fields you've created. Your visibility preferences are saved locally.
Pagination
Use the "Previous" and "Next" buttons below the table to navigate through pages of members if the list exceeds the page size.
Adding a New Member
Click the Add Member button to open the side sheet for creating a new member profile.
Entering Member Information
Personal Information: Fill in the required First Name, Last Name, and Email. The system checks if the email already exists in your space to prevent duplicates. If it exists, you'll be prompted to add a membership via the Memberships tab instead. Provide an optional Phone number.
Location & Industry: If enabled in your Members Portal settings, you can select the member's Country and Industry from predefined lists.
Additional Information: Fill in any Custom Fields you have configured in the Members Portal settings.
Assigning an Optional Membership
Membership Plan: You can optionally select an initial Membership Plan for the new member from the dropdown. Choose "No plan" if you don't want to assign one immediately.
Start Date: If a plan is selected, use the calendar to set the Start Date.
Payment Details: If a plan is selected, choose the Payment Method and set the initial Payment Status (e.g., Completed, Pending).
Review and Create
If a plan was selected, a summary section appears showing the member, plan, price, status, and duration. Review all entered information and click Create Member.
