Language Support

Easy Space supports multiple languages to serve diverse member communities:

Available Languages

  • English: Complete interface and documentation

  • Spanish (Español): Full translation of all member-facing content

  • Japanese (日本語): Complete interface in Japanese

How Language Selection Works

  • Automatic Detection: The system automatically detects members' preferred language based on their browser settings

  • Manual Override: Members can manually change their language using the language switcher in the app

  • Persistent Preference: Once a member selects a language, their choice is remembered for future visits

  • Universal Access: All features work identically across all supported languages

What Gets Translated

  • All interface elements (buttons, menus, labels)

  • System messages and notifications

  • Error messages and confirmations

  • Form fields and validation messages

  • Navigation and menu items

Note: Your custom content (space name, descriptions, FAQs) will display as you enter them and are not automatically translated.

Best Practices

  • Keep your hero title and subtitle concise and engaging

  • Maintain up-to-date contact information

  • Include FAQs that address common questions to reduce support requests

  • Review and update your app content regularly

  • Consider your member community's primary languages when creating content
