Navigate to Members Portal β Policies from the left sidebar
In the Terms of Service text area, enter your complete terms text
Click Save Changes to publish your policies
Your terms will be immediately visible to members on your portal

When new members sign up for your space:

Members must accept these terms before completing their signup

The timestamp of acceptance is recorded for your records
