The Policies feature allows you to create legal documents that govern your space.

Setting Terms of Service

  • Navigate to Members Portal β†’ Policies from the left sidebar

  • In the Terms of Service text area, enter your complete terms text

  • Click Save Changes to publish your policies

  • Your terms will be immediately visible to members on your portal

Member Signup Experience

When new members sign up for your space:

  • Your terms of service will be displayed during the registration process

  • Members must accept these terms before completing their signup

  • This creates a clear agreement between your space and each member

  • The timestamp of acceptance is recorded for your records

Writing Effective Terms of Service

Your terms of service should include:

  • Rules of conduct for members using your space

  • Usage guidelines for shared facilities and resources

  • Privacy information regarding member data

  • Payment terms for memberships and services

  • Cancellation policies for bookings and memberships
